Previous Developments
Hylton Road
Sycamore Park is a 19-unit one-bedroom bungalow scheme based on Hytlon Road, Sunderland. The site is on the former Princess of Wales Alzheimer's Centre in Pennywell and historically a section of Havelock hospital. The development was sold to a registered provider of social housing and has 24/7 on site care to support tenants live independently.
Old Mill Road
Old Mill Road was developed on the former Buffs Public House site in Southwick, Sunderland. The scheme consists of 16 units, 5 three-bedroom homes & 11 two-bedroom bungalows. The development was sold to a registered provider of social housing to be used for social rent.
Hudson Road
Hudson Road was a 16-unit one-bedroom bungalow site developed on a derelict plot of land in Hendon, Sunderland which was seen as flytipping & anti-social behaviour hotspot. The bungalow has level access for tenants with a wet room & walk in shower and meets category M4(2) of the building regulations. The site was sold to a registered provider of social housing.
Elmwood Avenue
Elmwood Avenue was a small infill site of 5 two-bedroom bungalows on a derelict plot of land in Southwick, Sunderland. The site had historically been problematic with anti-social behaviour and bonfires. Once complete the dwellings were sold to a registered provider of social housing.
Sunrise Court
Sunrise Court was a 9 unit three-bedroom development built on the former library in Hylton Castle. The three-bed homes were sold on the open market focused on providing first-time buyers with their first step onto the property ladder.
Canterbury Road
Canterbury Road was a small infill site on the former Spartan Gym in Hylton Castle consisting of 4 three-bedroom homes for private sale on the open market. The development was aimed at providing first-time buyers with their first step onto the property ladder.
