Established in 2017, MCC Homes is a land development company based in Sunderland. Our key focus being to provide quality and affordable housing to first time buyers and social housing to support those with additional needs. We build a range of properties from two- and three-bedroom homes to bungalows. Our team of homebuilders have in depth knowledge and experience of the local market and what makes a house a home. We aim to develop vibrant communities with a true sense of place that fit into their surrounding area and meet the needs of local people. We are a responsible developer and are committed to working with local people, community groups and local authorities, keeping them informed about our work. We focus on getting the basics of homebuilding right first time, such as quality, customer service and health and safety, and we aim to continually improve all parts of our business.

Company Director
Paul is very experienced in the housing industry as a landlord and developer with over 18 years of experience. Paul is an expert at seeing the potential in new projects and bringing them to life. Not only that, Paul is involved at every stage of the build and maintains an extremely high standard in all aspects of our work. Combined with his enthusiasm for helping others and his attention to detail, each house we build becomes a forever home.
LUKE LEE
Head of Operations
Luke has a background in the training and education sector covering everything from technology to sport working with people of all ages, background, and ability. Moving into the housing sector Luke brings with him his ability to strategically plan and organise the delivery of our developments while forging lasting relationships with our key stakeholders. Luke is determined and constantly seeking ways in which we can adapt, improve, and develop what we do.
JORDAN LEE
Site Foreman
With 20 years of building experience, Jordan is an expert in the field and is on site every day to ensure that we strive for perfection in everything that we do. Jordan supervises the site and oversees the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications are fully met. Jordan is hardworking and professional in his approach, and always looks to share his insight with co-workers.
